How you’ll make an impact
As the Promotion and Offer Manager, you will be supporting the development and execution of effective promotions and offers to attract and retain customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to create compelling offers and campaigns that drive business objectives and meet customer needs. You will help establish a roadmap informed by experimentation, and partner with Applied Science to determine the optimal methods to measure promotions ROI, marginal efficiency, and impact on long-term LTVs. You will partner with Performance Marketing and Customer Engagement to deploy promotions at scale across all touchpoints (paid channels, landing pages, emails/in-product notifications, and more).
What you’ll do
- Support the development and execution of a comprehensive promotion and offer strategy aligned with New MRR and ARPU growth targets.
- Program-manages the launch, monitoring, and reporting of promotions in partnership with regional Marketing teams.
- Create and manage a promotional calendar, ensuring the timely execution of offers and promotions.
- Work with Performance Marketing and Customer Engagement to develop creative assets and marketing materials to support promotions in a scalable way.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of promotions and offers, providing regular reports and insights to drive optimization.
- Identify opportunities for segmentation and personalization of offers to improve targeting and effectiveness.
What you’ll bring with you
- Experience in Growth/Performance Marketing/CRM/Product with a focus on promotions optimization
- Previous experience running similar programs is a plus
- Bachelor degree
- Solid experience in Growth/Marketing
- Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis.
- SQL knowledge is highly preferred
- Previous experience in consulting, finance, or banking is considered a plus
