Project Technical Manager

Join us as our new Project Technical Manager

We are looking for another member to join our Engineering Team: a working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees. As Project Technical Manager you will be a part of project management, responsible for technical execution of projects, estimates and tenders. Follow up operations on- and offshore as well as support and mentoring engineers in project. Follow up the interface between business partners and customers.

Requirements

    • University degree within Marine Engineering
    • Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience within offshore construction or decommissioning
    • Experience with marine operations performed from construction vessels as work platform
    • A strong understanding and commitment to HSEQ
    • Enjoy working in a collaborative environment where we share our success
    • Excellent written, and oral communication skills, in English
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and deliver within deadlines
    • Ability to work proactive and independently with complex projects and with stakeholders at all levels
    • Ability to work in and be sensitive to a multi-cultural environment, encompassing different nationalities and working across borders
