Role Summary
DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a freelance Project Support Admin to work on one of our video data projects in Paris, France. This role will be a hybrid of remote and onsite work, with the onsite work being regularly necessary to troubleshoot and address issues with the devices used in this project.
Role Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the progress of 3 device stations at our project site (phones and computers), ensuring that they are functioning smoothly and all project tasks are running according to the planned schedule, avoiding unnecessary downtime.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting devices using step-by-step guidelines, e.g. rebooting devices, installing apps, reconnecting devices to a VPN.
- Communication and collaboration with internal team members and external project participants, providing updates on the status of each of the device stations to the project team.
- Quality Assurance: spot checking videos recorded in this project to ensure that the level of quality meets our requirements and intervening in case of any issues.
