Job Description:
As a Project & Solution Design Logistic Associate, you will play a key role in optimizing and improving our logistics processes. You will be responsible for analyzing logistics and transport data to drive efficiency, minimize costs, and improve lead times. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to pilot new projects and identify opportunities for growth. Additionally, you will monitor logistics performance and enhance the user experience through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport & Logistics Optimization: Develop and implement transport and logistics plans that maximize efficiency while minimizing costs.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze logistics data, identify trends, and prepare performance metrics for management. Provide actionable insights through reports and presentations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Take ownership of project outcomes by collaborating across teams, piloting projects, and supporting improvements for new market launches.
- Business Case Development: Conduct data analysis and competitor benchmarking, using a hypothesis-driven approach to address business challenges. Identify growth opportunities and initiate structured business cases.
- Logistics Performance Monitoring: Oversee the end-to-end logistics performance by integrating product and data systems to improve the user service experience. Continuously monitor, analyze, and implement enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.
- Experience in logistics, project management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret logistics data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across functions.
- Proficiency in logistics and supply chain software tools.
