As Project Partner you will be a matchmaker between client and freelancers/consultants, while being their internal voice to improvethe Malt product and services, conduct occasional qualification interviews with freelancers and consultants at the client's request to select the most suited ones especially for our Malt Strategy projects.
Key responsibilities ✨
- Find the best freelancers and consultants to meet your key account clients’ needs and be a strong project partner for the clients using your insights on the freelance market
- Work hand-in-hand with the sales team and build proactively solid relationships with sales and customers as a trusted partner
- Advise your clients on writing strong briefings to attract the best experts and consultants
- Conduct occasional qualification interviews with freelancers and consultants at the client's request to select the most suited onesBe an expert for the Malt algorithm and the associated best practices
- Advise freelancers and consultants to build a powerful profile and train them on good interviewing practices
- Improve internal processes and procedures to enhance quality, customer experience and efficiency within our team
About you 🧑🚀
- You bring 3+ years of experience in sales, recruitment or project management
- Ideally you have worked in a fast-growing B2B environment or an agency and managed major client accounts
- You go above and beyond your own goals and add value to your team and the entire organisation
- You speak German on a native level and are fluent in English

- First call with Chloé (Talent Acquisition Manager) to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes)
- Interview with Kristin (Region Lead Project Partnering DACH), the hiring manager, to discuss your experience and how it would align with this role. (45-60 minutes)
- Role Play with Pascal (Head of Community, Project Partnering & CX DACH) in order to assess your technical skills. (45-60 minutes)
- Final interview with a C-level executive to discuss Malt’s long-term vision. (30-45 minutes)
