About Your Role

Primarily reporting to APAC Program Manager, this role performs project management and PMO support activities to contribute to the commercial deployment and upgrade of Harrison.ai medical imaging AI software. Additionally, the role will provide support with global PMO activities, including but not limited to, reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Support: 
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of customer deployments and software upgrades for Harrison's medical imaging AI solutions across multiple regions. 
  • Track and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, support, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery. 
  • Act as a liaison between the APAC Program Manager, global project teams, and customers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. 

  • Global PMO Support: 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of global PMO processes by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Support the global implementation of project management standards and best practices. 
  • Participate in PMO meetings and collaborate with international teams to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned. 

  • Documentation and Reporting: 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs. 
  • Support the global PMO in developing and maintaining standardised templates, tools, and methodologies for project management. 
  • Generate and distribute regular project status reports, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and any issues that arise. 
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation for executive leadership and customers. 

  • Risk and Issue Management: 
  • Identify potential risks and issues within projects, escalating them to the APAC Program Manager and global PMO as needed. 
  • Assist in developing and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful outcomes. 

  • Stakeholder Management: 
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project objectives align with business strategic objectives. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients during deployments and upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any concerns promptly. 

Minimum Qualifications | Aptitudes | Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting project management activities, preferably within healthcare or IT projects, and
  • Experience working with international teams and managing cross-regional project activities is highly desirable. 

Preferred Qualifications | Aptitudes | Experience

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences, 
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent,
  • Familiarity with medical imaging technologies or healthcare IT is a plus,
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus but not required.
