ABOUT THE ROLE:

Zeno is looking for a Project Manager to support across several high-profile clients.
 
 As the team’s project manager, you will be an integral part of the team’s operations and work with leadership to manage multiple functions. You will also serve as the team knowledge manager and set up infrastructure for information sharing, connecting dots across workstreams to ensure smooth operations. This role is crucial to the successful execution of projects both on time and on budget.
 
To succeed in this role, you must be a highly motivated, organized, collaborative individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
 
This person will report to the head of project management. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects from conception through completion.
  • Serve as liaison between Client Leadership Team, Data + Intelligence, Strategy + Planning, Creative, Studio, and other inter-agency partners.
  • Communicate project requirements and procure supporting materials to ensure that projects move through the agency in a timely manner.
  • Communicate scheduled deadlines and provide effective warning when delivery dates may be in jeopardy.
  • Monitor and follow-up with all appropriate departments on project development.
  • Maintain up-to-date and organized files for all stages from concepts to completed pieces.
  • Initiate, develop, drive, and revise schedules.
  • Coordinate team briefings, internal revies, and all other meetings needed to complete any given project.
  • Reinforce Agency process with all teams.
  • Partner with client and finance teams to manage and communicate project burn, scope creep and participate in the monthly forecasting process. 
  • Must have familiarity with staff plan creation and scoping process.
  • Partner with client teams and resource management team on staffing and resourcing, working across the agency to ensure the right team members are found and allocated.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination before start date. Candidates may request accommodation due to a disability or sincerely held religious belief or an exception required under applicable law. 
  • 2+ years agency project management/traffic experience.
  • Keen understanding of agency principles and project process terminology.
  • True problem solver—able to anticipate roadblocks and offer solutions.
  • Highly detail-oriented while managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills necessary to interact with a range of personalities and establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
