In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Digital Health customers and you will be responsible for coordinating internal resources and subcontractors for the flawless execution of projects, performing risk, budget, and schedule management, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to contribute to new opportunities and the evolution of digital health products and relevant vertical know-how.
What will you be bringing to the team?

- Manage the P&L of the projects up to the definition of the gross margin
- Integrate different work packages and teams in order to achieve a single result
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders for complex, large-scale projects
- Clarify project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and act as a point of contact
- Perform risk management and analyze risks and opportunities
- Compose the project team, assign tasks, and manage the schedule
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Oversee project procurement management and ensure resource availability and allocation
- Monitor project progress, use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, and resolve and handle any issues that may arise
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
- Monitor the financial figures and the P&L of the projects by using tools such as Timesheet, SAP, Budget, etc
- Contribute to new opportunities that arise from project implementation
- Bring the experience from the project implementation to the digital health product evolution process
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
Your experience, skillset, and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have:
- A University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relative discipline
- An MSc degree will be considered an additional asset
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position of Project Manager mainly in Public Sector projects
- Experience in Digital Health project implementation is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and verbal)
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Certifications in PMP and/or Prince2 will be considered an asset
