Media.Monks is looking for a mid level or Sr. Project Manager to superintend and support the development of large-scale digital projects and amazing creative campaigns.
You are a professional in the creative industry, with experience in creative asset management. You are a people person with a positive attitude and the ability to organise and influence people within & outside the organisation. You enjoy client contact, and working together with different teams across the world to deliver great creative work.

Although a full hybrid work set up is the norm at Media.Monks, you are ideally based in Munich, as meeting with clients occasionally in the post pandemic world is crucial in this role.
 

Role & Responsibilities

  • In this position, you’re responsible for handling the progress and delivery of the digital products, print related projects and integrated campaigns that we produce for our automotive client.
  • You will manage all client facing needs, ranging from campaign execution, to timeline management, quality control, and budget controlling amongst others
  • You’ll focus on the production of creative content campaigns across multiple touch points (digital, print, out of home, POS,...).
  • Our PMs are the pacemakers of projects, motivating Monks across teams and time zones to meet deliveries and exceed expectations, picking from a talent-filled pool of 3,000+ Monks worldwide.
  • You will prepare project briefings & documentation, send quotes & plannings to internal teams and external clients.
  • You will also ensure the delivery of projects, as per agreed specifications, budget & planning and troubleshoot in case of issues, complaints, etc.
  • You will act as a consultant to the client in order to drive efficiencies, ensure productive collaboration and organize campaign production process that works within a client’s context while keeping all stakeholders focused on achieving the deadline and project goals.

 

Requirements

  • We’re looking for someone who is first and foremost a good account and project manager.
  • Your 2-5 years of experience in advertising or production have made you ready to deal with stress and phenomenal at communicating with (stressed-out) clients and coworkers.
  • You know your :hankey: when it comes to managing 360° campaigns, for example rich media, programmatic campaigns and dynamic ad creatives, but are also aware of classical communication assets (print isn’t dead - yet!).
  • You know how to work with media plans and can manage the launch of even the biggest of digital ad campaigns.
  • You’re a proficient communicator — able to provide clear updates on the development of projects and knowing how to describe issues and required actions to Monks in other offices.
  • Fluent in English and German.
