👩💻 As a Project Manager, you will join a team of 20 members with diverse international backgrounds who are responsible for the implementation of the Shippeo solution across multiple customer organizations and a wide range of different industries.
You will lead the implementation process for multiple clients simultaneously, being fully responsible for the success of the roll-out. Your role will be central to the organization and you will have the chance to work closely with various internal and external teams.
Reporting to the Project Director, as a Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

Guide the customer through the whole implementation process – collect client requirements, build the project plan, support the technical setup, train the key users, handle regular reporting, lead change management.

Organize and lead weekly customer project meetings to follow-up on current and next actions ensuring a smooth roll-out as well as steering committees to review goals, progress, risks, and opportunities with all stakeholders.

Travel occasionally, if necessary for client projects or internal workshops.

Work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure project management delivery is aligned with clients required business outcomes.

Coordinate and lead the internal teams involved on the implementation (Product, Support, Carriers onboarding).
- Work on internal cross-team projects and initiatives to further strengthen our product and organization

Identify risks and issues to effectively delivering the implementation as planned and build a risk mitigation plan

Collaborate with interns on your projects and help them grow within their position
🎊 We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our team as a project manager, who can demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Dutch/French/German/Italian (knowledge of a third European language is a plus)
- 1 to 2 years of experience working in an Analyst or Project Management role, preferably at a consulting firm or comparable background

- Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions

- Proficient interpersonal skills, demonstrated by the ability to build authentic business relationships and effectively manage relational challenges
