We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead high-impact projects within the legal industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality results that align with our firm’s strategic goals.

Scope Management: Define project scope, deliverables, success criteria, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.

Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, manage mitigation strategies, and adjust plans as needed to ensure smooth project execution.

Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on project status, strategic adjustments, and progress to internal stakeholders.

Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors, negotiate terms, and ensure timely service and product delivery.

Process Optimization: Apply industry best practices, modern project management methodologies, and data-driven decision-making to enhance project outcomes.

Performance Measurement: Track project KPIs and outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency gains.

Requirements

  • A strong academic background, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Project Management, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Experience in back-office operations, such as process management, automation, or workflow optimization, is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with NPLs (Non-Performing Loans) and their impact on the legal sector is advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools like SAP, QlikView, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results in a complex environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • A team-oriented attitude, with the ability to effectively manage virtual teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
