We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead high-impact projects within the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality results that align with our firm’s strategic goals.
Scope Management: Define project scope, deliverables, success criteria, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, manage mitigation strategies, and adjust plans as needed to ensure smooth project execution.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on project status, strategic adjustments, and progress to internal stakeholders.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors, negotiate terms, and ensure timely service and product delivery.
Process Optimization: Apply industry best practices, modern project management methodologies, and data-driven decision-making to enhance project outcomes.
Performance Measurement: Track project KPIs and outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
Requirements
A strong academic background, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5+ years of experience in Project Management, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.
Experience in back-office operations, such as process management, automation, or workflow optimization, is a strong plus.
Familiarity with NPLs (Non-Performing Loans) and their impact on the legal sector is advantageous.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools like SAP, QlikView, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results in a complex environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
A team-oriented attitude, with the ability to effectively manage virtual teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
