Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to support ZAM's agency business to develop and manage the projects and communications of our global clients. The ideal candidate will be a passionate gamer that demonstrates exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail. As our Project Manager, you'll be responsible for cross-team communication and collaboration to ensure the needs of our clients are met in an efficient and effective manner. You’ll be expected to track multiple projects from various teams, communicate with stakeholders and produce actionable reports.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate clients’ needs, creating proposals and plans for effective execution of marketing projects.
  • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to understand projects, responsibilities, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Communicate with all involved in each project to ensure progress, flag issues, and provide updates to all necessary stakeholders or clients.
  • Integrate and synthesize information from multiple sources for efficient stakeholder communication
  • Display attention to detail in executing and reviewing projects to ensure the highest quality deliverables in the allotted timeframe
  • Drive standardization of delivery and activities to provide efficiency; help create more process around project management overall across the business.
  • Track assignments, monitor deadlines and facilitate project planning meetings.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Chinese/Mandarin
  • Fluent in English
  • BA or BS from an accredited university.
  • Being able to recognize the business impact and make decisions accordingly.
  • Have experience working with Chinese game developers is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience.
  • High attention to detail, process-oriented, fast learner, self-starter.
  • Positive attitude and great communication skills Project governance, e.g. organizational and process aspects.
  • Complex schedule analytics, e.g. critical path, schedule compression/time-cost trade-off, change impacts.
  • Performance metrics and project reporting.
  • Project technology, e.g. project and portfolio management, applications to quantify cause and effect of delays.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Google Documents.
