Project Manager

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be supporting Expansion related projects and leading cross-functional Regulatory, Risk and Efficiency driven projects in the organization. You will help liaise and engage our business stakeholders, understanding their requirements while building the relationships and earning their trust. You will get to be involved in the whole Project Life Cycle starting from project inception, scoping, execution and ensuring project deliverables are within agreed time, cost and scope variables.

• Responsible for all administrative functions related to projects
• Maintaining an up to date project schedule
• Collating and preparing all project related documentation and reports, like security certifications
• Coordinating meetings with a variety of stakeholders, including vendors and managers
• Assisting with the monitoring of cost-related projects in relation to the project budget and monitoring costs against the budget
• Assisting with the allocation of project resources
• Co-ordinate the relationship with third parties for the delivery of resources when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Engineering, or Communication
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in project/program management preferably in the B2B SaaS space
• Experienced in compliance documentation for ISO/SOC 2/PCI will be preferred
• Demonstrated business-writing skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in an extremely fast-paced environment
