We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the production of electric buses and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities:
Manage Project Activities: Effectively animate and manage various entrusted activities, ensuring continuous follow-up on budgets to maintain project financial health.
Coordinate Electrification Deliverables: Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of electrification milestones. This includes listing electrification deliverables and developing and tracking release document planning.
Monitor Electromobility Components: Attend project reviews, prepare reports for upper management, and closely follow electromobility component schedules to ensure project milestones are met.
Complete Customer Documentation: Conduct expertise level analysis on system architecture, including FMEA, functional analysis, and product validation, to ensure comprehensive customer documentation.
Ensure Compliance with Electromobility Requirements: Verify adherence to electromobility guidelines in 2D, 3D, and assembly line processes to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Address Project Open Points: Analyze and resolve open point issues on prototypes, specify and follow testing requests on EMO components, and participate in testing and manufacturing reviews to ensure project success.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing or engineering environment (preferably in the automotive or transportation sector).
Strong understanding of electromobility concepts and components.
Organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory compliance standards.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
