Project Manager - Seeds P&S EAME (H/F)

Reporting to the Head of Seeds P&S Excellence EAME, you are responsible for providing strategic project leadership and change management support for key strategic projects and improvement initiatives within the EAME Production and Supply function. Additionally, the role involves establishing and maintaining project management standards, governance processes and best practices to ensure consistency and quality in project delivery.

Projects may include, but are not limited to, the following areas: cross-functional process optimization, continuous improvement, digitalization, adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies, standardization/harmonization of processes across countries.

The position is offered on a 18months fixed term contract, based in France/Saint Sauveur (31) or Nérac (47).

Regular business travel required, in EAME region (~20%).

Accountabilities

Project Leadership: lead and oversee the execution of key strategic and transformational projects within the EAME Seed P&S function, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving successful project delivery.

Governance and Standards: establish and maintain governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for project management, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with organizational objectives across all projects.

Project Management Support and Training: provide support, guidance, and training to the colleagues to enhance their project management capabilities and ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Act as a key user for the internal project management tool, promoting consistent usage and providing support to the user across the function.

Change Management: drive change management efforts related to project initiatives, to facilitate the adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational changes, ensuring that the changes are effectively communicated, understood, and integrated.

Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, functional and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, alignment, and support for project initiatives.

Performance Reporting/KPI: develop and maintain performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track project progress, milestones, and outcomes, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize project delivery and outcomes.

Master's/Engineer’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, with 5 years’ experience in leading complex projects and change management initiatives, within a multinational organization, preferably in supply chain activities.

Excellent interpersonal skills, especially those required to successfully function as part of cross-functional, cross-cultural, multi-location teams.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and change management principles.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly appreciated.

Data Management capabilities Pack Office/data bases required.

Experience in SCOR, continuous improvement, and Lean/Six Sigma are an advantage.

Professional English required to work in our multicultural organisation (meetings, emails, documents).

Professional French will be appreciated.
