Customer Operations
Our Customer Operations team partner with customers and support their diverse needs. We are now looking for full-time Project Manager to join our RELEX family in Oslo, Stockholm or Copenhagen. You will be part of an innovative team of Project Managers, who will help you succeed in your new role.
Reporting to the Project Management Lead, Scandinavia, your main responsibilities will be managing software implementation projects through all the phases of a project lifecycle in the field of retail merchandising and supply chain management. You are responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the RELEX software by building customer relationships, solving problems, coordinate and prioritize project tasks. You ensure all timelines are met by creating and maintaining project plans, budget and communication to the wider project team including senior stakeholders. You understand project profitability and influencing factors and can identify and escalate potential risks and issues. You keep track of the scope and know RELEX Project Best Practice methodology and templates and are familiar with at least 1 RELEX product area and customer industry and all aspects of a standard implementation.
Travel: up to 10 - 20% travel will be required to visit customers on a regular basis or occasionally to meet with the RELEX teams in our other offices.
