Project Manager-SAP Delivery

• Ensures all deliverables and contractual obligations are delivered on-time and within the budget.
• Ensures that the Business Process (AS-IS) and, Mapping (TO-BE) Business process are clearly managed and understood by all stakeholders.
• Ensures that project team are able to Map Client’s business processes to SAP’s business processes.
• Ensures that all Configuration, testings and trainings are clearly defined, agreed and documented.
• Effectively and efficiently communicate with project team, management and customer stakeholders all pertinent activities and its schedules in a structured manner.
• Proactive discuss with critical issues with client.
• Proactive to propose solution according to business design.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in SAP Implementation with at least 7 years project management experience.
• Experience in developing and executing management activities with at least 5 end-to-end medium – large SAP Implementation projects managed.
• Experience in defining project scope with key stakeholders and effectively managing milestones and pre-requisites is a must
• Experience in risk mitigations with respect to project scope and plan
• Experience in managing change requests, including it’s validation against budget and its impact to project schedules.
• Experience in defining and supporting the management of financials, contratuals and operational requirements is a must.
• Experience and willingness to work in a complex and challenging project environment with aggressive timeline.
