We're seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our new enterprise program. You'll be responsible for managing multiple workstreams, overseeing their execution from planning and scoping to launch, ensuring everything is completed on time, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Champion project organization, leading each stage of the digital project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).

Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams and act as the key liaison between project teams, executive leadership, and other stakeholders.

Project Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, utilizing agile methodologies (or others) to drive efficiency and on-time delivery. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Salesforce ESP integration project.

Communication: Be a clear and concise communicator, keeping stakeholders apprised to project progress, potential risks, and key milestones.

Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth sailing throughout the project lifecycle.

Progress Tracking: Track project progress meticulously, providing regular updates to keep everyone aligned and ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Task Delegation: Delegate tasks effectively, fostering clear communication and accountability within your team.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance against KPIs and adjust as needed to ensure success.

Reporting: Craft compelling project reports and presentations to effectively communicate progress to stakeholders and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Vendor Coordination: Oversee relationships with Salesforce and other third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of issues.

Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition to the new ESP platform, including user training and support.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). PMP, CSM, or similar certifications are highly desirable.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Project Management, with a proven track record of leading and delivering successful digital projects (websites, apps, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.).
- Experience in managing technology integrations and/or system implementations.

Skills:

Exceptional project management skills, including: planning, resource management, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Tools: Proficiency in Project Management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana, Confluence, MS Project, etc. Familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the E-Commerce or digital retail industry.
- Knowledge of email marketing and compliance regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
