Lead several concurrent projects that involve consultants, developers and key stakeholders.
- Workflow Design
- Wireframing
- Process Improvement
- Understand technical requirements to effectively coordinate /document process definition, solution design and deployment activities.
- Coordinate the development, review, and submission of RPA milestone deliverables (End -to- end RCM modules)
- Mitigate risks to help avoid development, testing or deployment roadblocks.
- Provide regular weekly status updates.
- Create process and end-user documentation.
Preferred Skills
- 2+ years of experience in project management
- Familiar with RPA tools and frameworks
- Must have PM experience and ability to coordinate across different tasks,build phase approach, and communicate issues and risks
- An understanding of hyper automation and intelligent process automation
- Basic understanding of process methodologies like Six Sigma
- Bachelor’s in IT, Information Management or Computer Science
