In your position as "R&D PMO," you are responsible for the administration of the R&D project management globally.
Your main tasks are:
- Manage and track the global R&D projects and ensure proper use of PM standards;
- Train the R&D teams in Project Management, processes, and specific software;
- Facilitate and moderate Kick-off, Reviews, Lessons Learned, and closure meetings;
- Leading generic projects to improve the R&D Project Management;
- Support the digitalization of R&D business processes.
We are looking for
- Academic degree in Business Administration; Engineering or an equivalent qualification;
- Experience in automotive Project Management;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Professional working proficiency in English.
