Reporting to the Vice President, Quality Management, the Project Manager, Quality Management, will support the Capital Program Knowledge Management system through the development, project management, and administration of our SharePoint site and the ongoing engagement of teams across the organization to ensure efficient operation. This position will project manage and lead the execution of continuous improvement, process optimization and quality management initiatives relating to overall program delivery of IO projects and asset management business lines.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the project management and execution of the evolution of Continuous Improvement within Infrastructure Ontario related to the Capital Program;
- Lead the planning and implementation of initiatives, including process documentation and optimization, knowledge management and other systematic programs relating to overall effective delivery of IO’s project and asset management business lines;
- Manage the execution of projects, both within the Program Management division and throughout IO, in relation to collaborative synthesis and integration of information, analysis, and processes across multiple departments and business units;
- Support the Knowledge Management system through the development, project management, and administration of the repository and the ongoing engagement of teams across the organization to ensure efficient collection, creation and curation of materials;
- Be a departmental influencer and contributor to development of staff peers within the Procurement and Program Management division, rooted in IO’s value proposition, leadership development framework, and employee value proposition.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Several years of project management capacity experience, managing program-level and enterprise-wide initiatives;
- Experience implementing cross functional initiatives including the application of change management best practices;
- Experience with the administration of corporate knowledge repositories and the curation of knowledge.
- Cross-functional team experience involving shared, and mutually dependent corporate objectives;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and/or Certified Purchasing Manager (CMP) certification are considered an asset.

The salary range for this position is $82,800 to $124,100 with a corresponding job level of P4
