- Have experience in managing and coordinating large-scale projects in the IT industry, with a preference for software delivery in an international work environment.
- Are proficient in working with MS Office Tools, including MS Project.
- Are experienced in using Jira and Confluence.

- Are an excellent communicator with a strong sense of ownership and independence.
- Are a perfect organizer with highly developed prioritizing skills.
- Have the ability to see the big picture and find the best solution to every challenge.

- Manage to remain calm even in the most stressful situations, thereby reducing the anxiety of others during busy times.
