Responsibilities:

• Inspire and empower by leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, exceeding clients' expectations and achieving financial success. 
• Utilise your expertise to establish the most suitable project organisation, incorporating agile methodologies like scrum or other models. 
• Collaborate closely with clients and your team to comprehend objectives and determine the optimal delivery approach. 
• Craft customised project plans, assemble teams, and organise resources to ensure swift and efficient execution. 
• Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams, fostering effective collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and third parties. 
• Monitor and report project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues, always striving for exceptional outcomes. 
• Effectively manage project budgets, track expenses, and optimise the utilisation of team members. 
• Create a positive and inspiring team environment that nurtures creativity, innovation, and excellence, empowering everyone to achieve their full potential. Initiate celebrating results together!
• You'll be collaborating with Monks based in Hilversum, as well as our offices in Amsterdam, London, Berlin, and beyond.

About You

The essentials:

• We're actively seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager who possesses a strong track record of delivering exceptional results. 
• You are creative in coming up with solutions and the fact you’re clever leads to an outcome that is positive for all parties involved.
• No matter the size of the project, you can keep overview at all times, you’re good at dealing with conflicting requests and deadlines.
• In addition to your managerial role, you're also capable of diving deep into the details to provide valuable support to your team. 
• Your extensive knowledge of digital, creative, and tech enables effective collaboration with your team and consulting your clients. 
• You own expertise in various project management techniques and can adapt methodologies based on agile principles or waterfall-style stage gates. 
• Although you're well-versed in the SCRUM framework, you consistently tailor your approach to suit the unique requirements of each case. 
• Your genuine passion for creativity and innovation drives you to deliver high-quality, innovative, and valuable solutions, making a significant impact in your field.

• Interest in AI and how this can improve & enhance your day-to-day.
