We are looking for a Project Manager who will manage complex projects, processes, tools, and activities in support of HelloFresh’s strategic portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic PMO, you will take on end-to-end responsibilities, managing projects with high impact within the organization. As part of this team, you will play a key role in helping our Strategic Project Management Office become a center of excellence in portfolio and project management.

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of high complexity projects with high impact within HelloFresh Canada. Manage cross-functional stakeholders to collect their inputs and ensure their commitment in your project and its timely delivery
  • Support the development of project proposal, charters, plans, schedules, resource plans, business plans, and performance metrics
  • Understand and solve complex problems that stretch over multiple parts of the business
  • Analyze and present data in order to provide solid recommendations for the project to the senior leadership team
  • Develop and maintain systems for the tracking and reporting of project and portfolio progress and outcomes for the SPMO, key project sponsors, and senior leadership
  • Plan and facilitate workshops and key stakeholder meetings to further the education and understanding of portfolio and project management, as well as for the successful delivery of strategic projects or other business initiatives
  • All other duties, as assigned 

Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for

  • 4+ years of work experience with 2+ years of project management experience (proven track record of handling the full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects)
  • Experience in working cross-functionally with stakeholders from supply chain operations, product, and/or packaging in consulting, engineering, and/or consumer retail industries 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
  • Experience in waterfall and/or agile project management methodologies. PMP certification is a plus
  • Experience with solving operational problems and proficiency in with problem-solving methodologies (e.g. lean six sigma, process improvement, data analysis, issue tree analysis, A/B testing, data modeling)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively build relationships and collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels, from frontline staff to senior executives
