Responsibilities - As a Customer Success Project Manager at Agicap, you will be the driving force behind our commitment to customer success. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Process Optimization : Analyze and continuously improve operational processes to ensure an exceptional customer experience, identify performance improvement opportunities and automate low-value-added tasks.
2. Project Management : Collaborate with internal teams to implement customer success initiatives, from conception to execution.
3. Customer Success Training : Develop training programs for team members, ensuring optimal use of our platforms and adoption of new processes.
4. Data Collection and Analysis : Use analytical tools to gather customer success data, identify trends, and propose improvements.
5. Tool implementation & support : Update and improve tools and software programs used by Customer Success teams (Gainsight, Intercom, Zapier, Survicate, Slack, etc.). Provide outstanding support to resolve issues and address inquiries.


Qualifications :

  • You graduated from a top engineering or business school
  • You have a very good level of German and of English
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into meaningful actions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
