As a Project Manager for our Customer Services Success department (CSS), you'll handle projects for our clients. You're the project owner, initiating and ensuring a smooth progression of the project. You collaborate with your Service Delivery Manager colleagues to resolve issues for the clients.

For our Customer Services Success department (CSS), you'll be responsible for various projects for different clients. This includes creating project plans, scheduling, team management, and monitoring. You maintain contact with your team and clients to ensure successful project completion and high customer satisfaction. You'll align project objectives with your client. You ensure smooth progress across all areas of QLTC.
