Project Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager who is eager to develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role involves managing administrative tasks, assisting with staff augmentation, and handling project-based and managed services engagements. The role is designed to provide the Project Manager with hands-on experience in project management, while also ensuring the efficient execution of administrative duties to support team efficiency and client satisfaction. The candidate will have the opportunity to gain new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis.

Responsabilities

• Assist in managing administrative tasks including timesheet approvals and scheduling meetings. 
• Manage staff augmentation, project-based, and managed service engagements to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction. 
• Manage internal projects, providing leadership and support to team members, including those unassigned to projects. 
• Organize and schedule internal and client-facing meetings, ensuring effective communication across all levels of the project team and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or project support role. 
• Excellent conversational and written English skills.
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the project management field. 
• Basic understanding of project management principles and tools. 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. 
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
