PROJECT MANAGER, MARKETING  
 
The Lewis Group of Companies, one of the nation’s largest privately held real estate developers, seeks an experienced marketing professional for Project Manager, Marketing. This position will join the Lewis Marketing team at the corporate office in Upland, CA.  
 
Position Overview 
 
The Project Manager, Marketing will manage initiatives for the Lewis Apartments portfolio in California and Nevada. You will create and manage brand design strategy and automation platforms that manage content and implement strategic brand campaigns to improve performance and increase company visibility via analytics and marketing initiatives. Your work will also include Same-Store and New Development campaigns, brand awareness, strategy and execution, vendor relationships, and contracts. 
 
More about your Responsibilities:  
  • Project manage the implementation of print and digital marketing content designs, messages, and brands.
  • Promote and measure marketing campaigns using digital graphics and operational technology platforms to meet sales needs and brand generation, including the Adobe suite of services, Marketo, Multi-Family operations systems, Creative platforms, CRMs, Sign companies, Interior design companies, Photography and Video agencies, PR agencies, Ad agencies, and Contact Center/Sales Call Centers.
  • Review strategic project management, recommendations, needs, and performance.
  • Conduct research regarding multi-channel conversions to omnichannel marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with the VP and Marketing Director of LAC marketing on advertising placement and procurement, design, writing, and graphic development.
  • Create department reports regarding proposed strategies, campaigns, and analytics to support those efforts.
  • Manage multiple business partner relationships, including those focused on website content design content and maintenance, and strategy, and assist in overseeing the integration of those partners and products into a marketing approach.
  • Implement tracking and report processes for marketing performance across the portfolio regarding brand voice and content.
  • Create and manage content development for online advertising, PR, and other initiatives.
  • Create content, set up accounts, and maintain email marketing campaigns as needed.
  • Monitor campaign performance to ensure all efforts meet the outlined strategy.
  • Audit brand collateral for multichannel monthly to ensure consistent and accurate content.
  • Monitor community marketing initiatives per strategic plans to adjust if needed based on goals.
  • Other work as needed. 
Qualifications for your success: 
  • Previous experience required with digital and print operation marketing platforms such as industry CRM software, Real Page, Marketo CRM, HTML, CSS, CMS, PPC, and Adobe suite.
  • Ability to effectively utilize Google Analytics Fundamentals, Google Analytics Platform Principals, Google My Business, and Google Plus.
  • Ability to effectively utilize Graphic design, including landing page and email creation, syndication tools for social posts, and project management tools like Trello and Slack, WordPress, Manager, YouTube, and Vimeo.
  • Bachelor’s degree with Marketing emphasis is preferred.
  • Note: Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required for company business and site visits (mileage reimbursed).
