Our developments are beautifully designed offering stunning community living and set in highly desirable locations across the UK. Our exciting plans have enabled us to create a brand new opportunity for an experienced Special Projects Manager to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract.
About the role
As Special Projects Manager you will be part of our development team overseeing and coordinating a number of projects of maximum value £500k to achieve company aims, satisfying multiple internal stakeholders and our customers via excellent communication, quality and delivery standards. You will be required to be the lead manager, liaising directly with all contractors, external consultants, suppliers and colleagues to see all projects through to completion and handover within set timescales and budgets ensuring at all times minimum disruption to our customers.
You’ll work closely with many stakeholders including the Operations, Sales & Marketing teams as well as direct face to face liaison with customers.

About you
Essentially you'll come with extensive construction experience (ideally contractor background), who is capable of understanding building design, demonstrates strong management of contractors and is a self-starter in driving projects to completion.
You will have a track record in managing contractors, suppliers and consultants and you’ll have experience of project and budget management.
This role does require direct liaison with our customers and as such you will need to empathise with our customers and ‘put yourself in their shoes' so great communication skills are critical.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract role offering a basic salary of circa £65,000 per annum (pro-rata). This role requires frequent travel so you’ll also be eligible for a car allowance & mileage expenses.
