- Project Management of Customer Projects in Product-Center Friction Brakes
(starting from quotation phase until SOP)
- Project Management & Coordination of Change Projects, Leading Change Management activities
- Steering and coordination of all project related activities among Continental PLC (Product Life Cycle)
respecting Customer Milestones and processes
- Functional Leadership of the associated Project Team, leading Team- and Project Meetings
- Main interface to customer (together with Sales and R&D)
- Ensuring achievement of project target KPI's (timing, financial targets, internal and external requirements)
- Regular reporting of project status towards steering board
- Managing changes, risks and opportunities during development phase
(Change Management, Risk- and Opportunity Management)
- Support of cost reduction activities (CRP) and implementation of Changes after SOP
- Availability / Mobility for business trips (customers / suppliers)

Academic degree in engineering or economics (or equivalent)
- Project Management skills (Methods, Tools)
- Leadership experience in leading Project Teams
- Communication skills (presentation, moderation, open interdisciplinary and intercultural mind-set)
- Experience in customer communication / collaboration and problem solving methods
- Basic knowledge of customer groups and automotive requirements
- Business fluent English language
