Project Manager

At Configura, our Project Managers have the responsibility for planning and leading customers projects with a focus on delivering within agreed upon budget and timeline with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Project Managers balance both customer engagement with internal team support with a goal of creating a creative, collaborative and supportive environment allowing all to excel and grow.

WHO WE BELIEVE YOU ARE 

We believe you are an expert collaborator with a strong analytical background. You are skilled in removing roadblocks for team members allowing them to shine and ensure customers receive maximum value in their relationship with Configura. To be successful as a Project Manager you are skilled at customizing your communication to the audience and can explain technical concepts to non-technical people. You identify and communicate red flags early on and always approach issues with a solution focused mindset. You are detail oriented, skilled in project planning and status report creation and excel in organization and time management.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

• Ensure project plans are created, agreed, communicated, and updated 

• Coordinate project activities 

• Manage projects and project changes in terms of time, budget, quality, and scope 

• Ensure projects adhere to relevant processes 

• Ensure compliance with any customer agreements 

• Organize and manage globally distributed project teams 

• Support and motivate project team members 

• Protect project team members from external disturbances 

• Ensure retrospectives are done to be able to learn and improve 

• Initiate team development activities when needed 

• Identify project stakeholders and establish communication paths 

• Drive communication with internal and external project stakeholders 

• Report status to appointed stakeholders
