Intale is a young dynamic company that modernises the retail industry. Our mission is to digitize and connect retailers and help them succeed in the 21 century.

How we do it

Our flagship product, Intale Point, is a retail management software that helps stores issue receipts, manage stock and orders, review important statistics and many more. Currently, over 1800 stores use our software across Greece-Cyprus. Our users vary from small local independent stores to national retail chains, petrol stations and catering restaurants.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to orchestrate both internal and client-facing projects and support our product development at Intale. This role is pivotal as we expand our offerings and streamline operations, ensuring that projects align with our strategic goals while delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage a broad range of technology-driven projects, coordinating with internal teams and external technology specialists to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Product Development Support: Collaborate closely with our Product Committee, the CPO and CTO to drive forward-thinking product enhancements. You will organize agile ceremonies, write detailed user stories and translate client needs into business requirements and actionable product features.
  • Process Automation: Seek opportunities to introduce automation and new technologies (such as AI), to optimize business processes and increase efficiency.
  • System Implementation: Identify areas of improvements and implement new systems that integrate smoothly with our current setup.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a link between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring all tech implementations align with business goals and user needs.
  • Strategic Tech Insight: Provide valuable input into our strategic planning, highlighting how technology can continue to propel our business forward.

Requirements

  • Experience (4+ years) in managing technology projects and supporting product development, ideally within a tech-focused environment.
  • Technical acumen, with experience in process automation, systems implementation, and utilizing modern technologies like AI.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, capable of leading multiple projects with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication skills, adept at working collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
