The Project Manager will work closely with engineering teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and foster a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the supervision of civil engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to clarify project requirements, align objectives, and resolve issues.
Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress and performance, regularly reporting on status and any potential risks or delays to senior management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices throughout all project phases.
Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee construction activities, ensuring work is performed according to specifications and standards.
Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders to promote collaboration and problem-solving.
Prepare and manage project budgets, including tracking expenditures, forecasting costs, and ensuring financial accountability.
Lead project meetings, providing updates, addressing concerns, and driving project momentum.
Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.
