About the Team
The Strategic Program Management team is responsible for managing and accelerating strategic programs across different functions. This includes identifying opportunities for intervention, building strategic and executional frameworks around different programs, getting buy-in and engagement from relevant stakeholders as well as facilitating and overseeing cross-functional execution. Managed programs span across corporate, go-to-market, as well as product and engineering functions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build an understanding of the JumpCloud organization, overarching objectives, business model as well as current growth areas
- Own specific project tasks that will help drive an overarching program forward
- Conduct detailed analyses of existing processes, tools, or data sets to help identify trends, inefficiencies, as well as growth opportunities
- Formulate and communicate project findings and outcomes clearly with program stakeholders
- Set and communicate a clear timeline and milestones around the project at hand
- Identify and surface any identified risk; help build mitigation strategies and plans
- Actively follow up with stakeholders on key tasks and deliverables
- Build strong relationships with different stakeholders across the organization bringing insights and structure to each conversation

Preferred Qualifications:
- Business or analytics background
- Experience in project and/or program management a differentiator
