Within just a couple of years, our team grew up more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2024 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.
We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in client challenging projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing full project lifecycles, preferably with a focus on projects that involve both the public and private sectors. Experience in navigating regulatory and compliance frameworks across different industries is a strong plus.
- Technical proficiency is essential, with hands-on experience in software development processes and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software engineering, or other technical domains. This will be crucial for managing cross-functional teams and effectively communicating with technical stakeholders.
- Experience in both public and private sector projects is highly desirable, including a demonstrated ability to manage varying timelines, regulatory environments, and expectations across these sectors.
- Proficiency in Project Management Tools and Methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches. Ability to adapt methodologies based on project scope, especially in the context of different sectors (public/private).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects. Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities are crucial, especially when balancing diverse stakeholder needs and project specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek, with the ability to clearly present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and to navigate stakeholder communications at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills, with the capacity to troubleshoot technical challenges and mediate between business, technical, and external stakeholders to achieve project goals
