Project Management:
- Manage the implementation of the IFS Solution suite throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Manage project scope, customer expectations and staffing alignment including partner/subcontractor participation
- Responsible for project risk management at proposal stage and throughout project, making plans to minimize risks
- Responsible for all project planning and control including presales, quote, budget, schedule, customer satisfaction, ensuring successful execution to plan.
- Ensure quality of deliverables via an agreed to quality assurance approach and by providing support to the project team.
- Report status and issues regularly, identifying and diagnosing issues and needs, escalating as far as necessary to resolve in IFS, partner and customer organization.
- Ensure all IFS processes and procedures are followed.
- Influence the sales organization to assist in growing services revenue by supporting pre-sales activities and proposal responses
- Participate in the staffing strategy for Australian team
- Lead consultants to ensure achievement of business goals while maximizing client satisfaction with IFS products and services
- Keep IFS relevant for the Customer Executive Team
Pre-Sales & Marketing:
- Work together with pre-sales consultant and partners to assess overall risk of projects in presales stage and to make recommendation on approach of positioning and proposal
- Lead and contribute on Pre-Sales proposal stage to align Customer Expectation and IFS offering, leverage IFS expertise strategically to gain Customer Trust
Internal Initiatives:
- Coach and mentor fellow Consultants through detailed trainings and other informal channels
- Lead and contribute on internal initiatives like designing and development of accelerators, templates or tools
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of existing IFS processes and methodology
- Support and deliver Safe Guarding program to customer/partner to ensure they can achieve value expected from IFS solution deployment
Essential:
- Proven track on managing mid to big size IT initiatives from either vendor, SI or customer perspective
- An academic background with a Bachelor or Masters’ degree in engineering, Business or IT (or equivalent education or experience)
- Experience delivering ERP/EAM/FSM/IT projects in a relevant industry setting, preferably in a similar role
- Experiences in managing all levels of management in the customer organization to achieve project success
- Experience and ability to help customers to prioritize business requirements to meet budget and timing constraint
- Solid experience on domain functional expertise as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Maintenance, MRO,Services Management and so on
- Ability to articulate and explain technologies with business acumen
- Strong understanding of Services business in Australia
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally where required

Desirable:
- Previous experience in consulting services
- Solid knowledge of IFS products, or similar ERP/EAM/FSM main players solutions
- Participation in implementation of IFS products
- Specific industry knowledge from target industries (Manufacturing, Engineering and Construction, Energy, Utilities and Resources)
- Formal Project Management training and certifications (such as Project Management Institute, Prince2, IPMA and so on)
- Business Process Certifications, such as APICS, CPIM
- Strategic Program Certifications, such as Six Sigma Black Belt
