Project Manager, IED Policy & Planning

Join The Red Gate Group in Arlington, VA, as a Project Manager supporting the Office of Bombing Prevention (OBP) within CISA. In this role, you will lead efforts to protect critical infrastructure by developing and implementing policies and strategies to prevent, protect against, respond to, and mitigate bombing incidents.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis of existing policy documents and develop multi-agency policy and strategy foundations.
  • Develop documentation, correspondence, and briefing materials to support OBP operations.
  • Drive internal and external dissemination of mission values, programs, products, and services.
  • Implement cost control measures for project requirements.
  • Plan, execute, and participate in workshops, conferences, and outreach events.
  • Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to track project progress.
  • Direct project staff and interface with federal employees, including the COR.
  • Manage project deliverables from the Arlington, VA location.
  • Conduct frequent meetings with project staff and management to review task plans and deliverables.
  • Lead daily synchronization efforts with federal employees and act as the single point of contact for project implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI 
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in policy and strategy development of C-IED capabilities.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with the Joint Program Office for C-IED.
  • Must have a diverse network of interagency C-IED connections.
  • Must have at least one year of direct experience supporting an organization in CISA and familiarity and experience with recent CISA Branding requirements.
