Position Overview:
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our experienced product team. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and/or implement solutions/services that monitor business processes. If you have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Project management, substantial experience working with Scrum, and a demonstrated ability to deliver complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget this is a job for you.
You will:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Utilize Scrum methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct project reporting and provide detailed updates on project and budget status.
- Engage with clients, manage expectations, and negotiate project requirements.
- Work on testing scenarios, write the scenarios but also conduct testing.
- Manage and be solely responsible for improvement boards and prospect customer’s boards. Report on progress and send constant regular updates.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges.
- Plan, organize, and delegate tasks effectively within the project team.
- Make informed decisions and manage conflicts to ensure project success.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration among project team members.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in managing project changes.
- Help in preparing roadmap, understanding the functionalities of the newly proposed functionalities.
- Work on newsletters and other project updates documents, at end of each sprint.
- Write down detailed documentation.
- Be able to get into the bottom of the problem, understand even technical details in some situations, so you can successfully help in business analysis.
Requirements
- Preferably a minimum of 5 years' experience in project management.
- Degree-level education, preferably in IT, business, or a related field;
- Experience with Scrum methodology is a must;
- Extensive experience in project reporting and budget management.
- Attention to details, and some testing experience.
- Strong commercial and budget awareness.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Proficient in critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and organizing.
- Skilled in conflict management and resolution strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
Nice-to-Have, But Not Required:
- Formal Project Management training (such as PMP, Prince2) and Scrum Master Certification.
- Experience managing the entire lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics D365 implementation projects.
- Some exposure or previous hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or another ERP system.
- Background in retail, distribution, or manufacturing sectors.
- Experience managing projects of more than 500-man days.
- While direct experience working on ERP implementation projects is a plus, candidates from other sectors with relevant experience would be considered.
