Allegro Group is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Project Manager to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will not only manage projects but also serve as a process owner within HR Operations. Your primary focus will be to drive the centralization and standardization of HR processes, working closely with the Head of Group HR Operations to enhance efficiency and improve HR service delivery.

What does this role involve?
Comprehensive understanding of HR processes by focusing on process mapping and defining key administrative areas for optimization and standardization
Evaluate the impact of process changes on end-users and key stakeholders to ensure that adjustments are beneficial and seamlessly integrated
Develop and disseminate clear and effective communication regarding process change
Oversee or delegate post-implementation testing to key users
Create and maintain detailed documentation for all processes
Lead the development of a unified HR Operations framework to centralize and standardize processes
Collaborate with HR departments to analyze and enhance existing operational processes, driving initiatives for continuous improvement across teams
Partner with the Head of Group HR Operations to design and implement optimized HR processes
Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and timely achievement of project goals
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly evaluating HR processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing enhancements
This is the right job for you if:
As a Project Manager, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects
Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level and Polish C1
You have a proven track record in process mapping and process optimization
You demonstrate a highly flexible and agile approach, enabling you to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while balancing both strategic and tactical needs
You have the ability to synthesize information from diverse sources and present cohesive insights effectively
You possess strong skills in articulating processes clearly and concisely
You have a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies in workflows and are proactive in questioning existing processes to drive continuous improvement
You are experienced in creating and utilizing project management tools and have worked within various project methodologies
