Role overview

We are looking for a Project Manager for our Adoption team to play a significant role in managing a portfolio of cross-functional projects to support and grow Helpshift's enterprise customers. As our team is poised for significant growth, this is an exciting opportunity to join us in optimizing our processes and strategies to handle an increasing number of projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all teams work within the Helpshift Agile framework, implementing excellence in collaboration and communication across the Enterprise teams. You will own processes and tools to support our team's drive for further success and will also be responsible for generating reports for stakeholders across Helpshift and Keywords Studios Player Engagement.

What are we looking for? Our Project Manager has a knack for the following skills:

Leadership:

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and adheres to the original scope defined
• Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully
• Help the team create project plans
• Organize and plan project tasks and schedules

Communication:

• Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants
• Create presentations and reports to communicate project status
• Join customer meetings to take important notes and action items and assign them to the team and customer

Analytics:

• Ensure project tracking tools are up to date at all times on hours spent on tasks, capacity across team and status etc.
• Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and budgeting

Business:

• Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities
• Put together Statement of Work once technical requirements and level of effort has been defined

Requirements

You'd be a great fit for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of tenure at Keywords Studios
• Related experience as a Project Manager/Operations Manager/Lead or any role that requires overseeing teams or organizing people/work
• Availability to work within US business hours
• Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills
• A bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, informational technology, or related fields preferably
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as DACI and best practices
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in various project management and collaboration tools: Microsoft Office, Atlassian Confluence, Trello, Jira, Pivotal Tracker, Basecamp
• Experience with cloud-based hosting platforms and version control tools

Would be great if you have:

• Experience working with Agile/SCRUM methodologies a big plus
