Exceptional opportunity for a customer-facing Project Manager to join our Health & Care Business Unit. As a project manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of multiple projects of different scopes. Your primary focus will be on software implementation projects and communicating with stakeholders at various levels to deliver the project and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Deliver projects to the agreed cost, time, scope, quality, and security constraints whilst following internal governance processes and principles
  • Have a strong customer delivery focus
  • Be responsible and accountable for the full end to end project delivery and lifecycle
  • Navigate the intricacies and difficulties associated with complex projects
  • Excel in relationship building with our customers, managing stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and records guaranteeing precision, completeness, and accessibility
  • Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools

Requirements

What you will do to be successful in this role

  • Extensive experience working as a vendor Project Manager and implementing on the external customer side
  • Experience in managing projects with significant system integration and data migration components
  • Experience in working in a distributed team environment, managing remote, offshore, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries with experience in the Health domain advantageous
  • Certified PRINCE2 practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to work in both Agile and Waterfall PM methods
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
