About this role

Our Project Managers have overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, communication, monitoring, delivery and handover of our implementation projects. In this fully remote position, you'll work with a variety of clients in every industry and sector imaginable, building an exciting portfolio of projects from startups to game-changing charities and the world’s biggest and best-known global brands.

You’ll be a primary contact point for customers throughout their Fuse implementation journey. Along with your Fuse team, you'll kick off each project by walking clients through our ways of working. You’ll be guiding our clients to a successful outcome by delivering on their business objectives and crafting a world-class onboarding journey. You'll connect our clients with key resources, unblock problems, highlight project risks and get the answers they need. You'll keep clients updated on progress regularly, respectfully challenge and ensure they provide us with everything we need to deliver on time.

On a day-to-day basis, you'll manage the workload across the Services Team, ensuring optimal resource assignment so we deliver against our project commitments. You’ll also work alongside integration specialists and the Product team on tasks which require the teams to work together.

As part of the Project Management Office, you will manage external and internal projects and tasks assigned to you to deliver a successful outcome.

About the team

You'll join a distributed Services Team which comprises Project Managers, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success Managers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all project functions and activities: Oversee the end to end management of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery on time and within budget.
  • Create and maintain Project documentation: Develop project documentation, including client facing project plans, schedules and resorts to support transparency and accountability.
  • Develop and track project timelines: Establish and monitor detailed project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved and any potential delays are proactively addressed
  • Cross functional collaboration: work closely with internal teams including Tech-ops to scope and manage system integrations that form part of the implementation.
  • Risk identification and mitigation: proactively identify, document and address project risks.  Proposing effective mitigation strategies and escalating issues as needed to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Client relationship management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact.
  • Regular Progress updates: Provide clear and concise progress reports to both internal teams and clients, ensuring stakeholders remain informed of project status, key developments and any challenges.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Change Management: Manage change requests effectively, ensuring impacts on scope, timeline and resources are communicated and addressed promptly.

Requirements

  • Highly organised and energetic: You possess exceptional organisational skills and bring a positive, high energy approach to your work.  You flourish in fast-paced environments, excelling at managing and tracking multiple projects and work streams simultaneously, whilst maintaining a focus on deadlines and quality. 
  • Natural Collaborator: You build strong, productive relationships across cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication.  Your interpersonal skills make you adept at fostering teamwork and driving project success.
  • Strong Communications skills: You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and are comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience managing client facing projects, with a proven ability to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Project Management Certification: a relevant project management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP or Agile) 
  • Quick decision-making: You can think on your feet and make well informed decisions, adjusting priorities as needed without losing momentum. 
  • Adaptability: You are comfortable with change, quickly adapting to new challenges, project requirements or shifting client needs.
  • Flexibility: due to our global client base across multiple time zones, this role may require occasional early morning or late evening meetings to accommodate client needs and project timelines.
