About the project: It's a web application to fintech startup for big accounting company (from scratch)
Team:
Fulcrum side - 2 Back-end, 2 Front-end, AQA, ML speciallist,
Client side - Team Lead, Designer, Рroduct Owner, ML specialist
Main responsibilities:
— Build the development process in the team from scratch, streamline all processes for meeting business goals
— Lead Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
— Coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and ensure process adherence
— Support the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and refinement
— Identify and resolve blockers to maintain team productivity
— Track and report team progress, driving continuous improvement
— Ensure alignment with stakeholders on project goals and timelines
— Process improvement and result orientation
— Stakeholder management
