The Project Manager for Richard Gordon will be instrumental in overseeing various strategic initiatives and projects within the Bethel Church of Redding. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership capabilities, adept at managing multiple projects, coordinating with diverse teams, and ensuring the successful execution of tasks associated with Richard Gordon's vision and objectives. The Project Manager will act as a liaison between Richard Gordon and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive project success.
Salary Range : $18,000.00 - $20,800.00/yr

Requirements
- Lead and manage specific projects for Richard Gordon, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with multiple departments and teams to facilitate the successful implementation of projects.
- Develop project plans, establish timelines, and monitor project progress to ensure effective execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Assist in budget management for project-related activities and initiatives.
- Identify potential risks or challenges within projects and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Foster a positive working environment and encourage teamwork throughout all project stages.
- Support event planning and execution as needed, ensuring logistical needs are met and objectives achieved.
- Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for process improvements and future initiatives.
- Other tasks/projects as assigned by Richard Gordon or leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management or a related role.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a knack for managing multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools and software to track progress and manage tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with budget management and financial planning.
- Background in ministry or nonprofit organizations is a plus, but not required.
