Project Manager [Experience & Engineering]

This role is within our Experience & Engineering team in Ireland, working in the Healthcare Business Team. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager, with a lot of ‘cop on’, who loves their craft. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high quality, innovative projects, enjoys being part of a team, and communicates clearly and confidently.

Our project managers play a central role in defining, producing and delivering digital projects  and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like - HSE, CRU, Mater Hospital, SEAI and Uisce Éireann.

JOB PURPOSE

As a Junior Project Manager, you will work as part of an multidisciplinary team that delivers projects covering all aspects of digital, including UX and UI design, DevOps and infrastructure, backend and frontend development, quality assurance, data and analytics, CRM, marketing automation and business analysis.

Our Project Management craft is an integral part of the team helping manage client expectations, supporting the team and ensuring deliveries stay on track. We expect our project managers to challenge assumptions, articulate and look for value, offer advice and support to the team and clients where appropriate. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

- Support Senior PM’s and Programme Managers in the delivery of our programme of work;

- Scope project requirements and prepare budgets;

- Ensure project tasks and actions are followed up on effectively;

- Support project planning and resourcing;

- Report on project and budget status;

- Maintain project documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications;

- Demonstrate an understanding of web technologies and be able to discuss technical solutions in plain language;

- Support product development and internal client management;

- Work to ensure we anticipate clients’ needs and offer a superb level of service;

- Work in a collaborative environment within the business and with client stakeholders;

- Be an active member of the team, supporting colleagues and peers to help achieve overall digital goals for both the Client, Business Team and DEPT®.

 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Experience as a Digital Project Manager building things like corporate websites, apps, online account management and other online systems;

- Experience within a digital agency, or in another fast moving industry is a plus;

- Highly organised and motivated person with an aptitude for understanding and solving problems;

- Understanding the value of collaborating with the team and client is very important;

- A positive outlook and strong interpersonal relationship building skills;

- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-discipline teams;

- Demonstrated ability to context switch and maintain focus on the team and delivery;

- Vendor management experience would be a plus;

- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.

- Direct availability to start working in Ireland.
