Project Manager (Eindhoven)

Our Customer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Eindhoven office, leading the implementation of innovative Connected Services within our network. This role focuses on OTA (Over the Air) services, crucial for software updates in vehicle systems through telecommunication solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, organize, and deliver global, multi-disciplinary projects with a focus on quality, timing, cost, and performance.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new applications or systems within the organization, managing both IT and business process changes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain project alignment and address deviations promptly.
  • Contribute to the PMO department, enhancing program management practices and reporting directly to the PMO Manager.

Candidate Profile:

  • Result-oriented with excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Structured and strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • At least 10 years of project management experience in complex, technology-driven projects.
  • Strong understanding of automotive engineering and connected services.
  • Must be willing to work from the Eindhoven office 3-5 days per week and capable of relocating to Eindhoven for at least 4 months
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g.: Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering).
  • Certification in project management frameworks (e.g., PMBoK, PMI PMP, IPMA, Prince2, SAFe) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading hybrid/agile projects.
  • Proficiency in English and relevant business terminology.
