Effectual Project Managers are members of the Project Management Office within Effectual Professional Services (PS) organization responsible for ensuring that customer-facing projects are delivered in-scope, on-time, and on-budget with customer satisfaction, while ensuring a positive experience for the delivery team. You are a "Brand Ambassador" and are expected to advocate for achieving our customer's defined outcomes through the delivery of our services, leading our Professional Services software development and cloud engineering teams. You will report to the Project Management Office Manager.
Project Planning and Execution: Help plan projects, including defining project scope, objectives and deliverables.
Team Leadership: Provide direction and guidance to project teams, motivating them to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results. Assign tasks, help set priorities, and foster a collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and new ideas.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks that may affect project success, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as contact for clients, through regular communication and collaboration. Keep clients informed of project progress, address their concerns, and seek opportunities to add value to their business.
Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. Conduct regular reviews and quality assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain project quality and client satisfaction.

Salary Range: $88,000-$112,000

This position entails periodic on-site travel to our valued customers. The successful candidate will be expected to travel on-site regularly to ensure effective communication, relationship building, and project coordination. Travel expenses will be covered as per company policy.
