We're seeking someone with at least 2 years of project management experience, adept at navigating projects to meet strict deadlines and budgets. At Dispel, project management is more than just timelines and tasks; it's about leading a team through stimulating transformations, tackling various challenges, and thriving in an environment of continuous growth and learning.

This role involves collaborating with our growing teams of engineers and product managers, delivering engineering projects with precision and creativity. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the entire project lifecycle for our engineering team - from planning and execution to monitoring, control, and delivering.

Location

We are a 100% fully remote company (U.S. only).

Salary

$94,000 - $119,000.
*Salary is dependent on the location you reside in. 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience required, or equivalent skills in leading and organizing projects, even if not in a formal project management capacity.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management software, such as JIRA, Basecamp or Trello.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Extra Credit

  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP).

  • A willingness to accept failure and feedback, learn and try again.
  • A passion for learning new disciplines and gaining a deep understanding of how others on the team do their work.
  • An ability to communicate clearly and succinctly both in-person and over team chat.
