Job description
You will report into the Head of Agile Project Management.
- Lead multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered to expected outcomes.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets managing partner expectations.
- Find and address project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
- Manage project deliverables and not only ensuring visibility but understanding, promoting and mitigating impacts to important success metrics.
- Ensure collaboration among project team members, process owners and partners who could be geographically dispersed across the globe.
- Create opportunities to improve revenue recognition and profitability.
- Enhance Experian project team effectiveness and governance.
- Help implement Agile ways of working and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Use Agile tools and data to enhance project delivery.
- Manage partner relationships and ensure satisfaction through regular communication steering meetings.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Awareness of Agile methodologies and tool sets.
- Project management skills, with experience in delivering projects.
- Experience in client-facing roles and managing client relationships.
- A personal style that embraces servant leadership and teamwork
- Financial awareness around forecasting and managing budgets
- Positivity and enthusiasm that helps teams ‘catch the spark’ of change and imagine new possibilities.
