Please note: This is a temporary contract position for a duration of 6-9 months.
- Contribute to high-level corporate finance projects involving topics like e.g. mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration in particular in the financial and accounting domain.
- Support integration of proprietary systems, including ERP-related processes.
- Assist in establishing and managing contract management processes, along with B2B invoicing, from the ground up.
- Work closely with various teams across the organization to ensure seamless financial operations and system integrations.
- Assist in the enhancement of financial systems and processes within the company.
Requirements
- Ideal candidates have completed previous corporate internships, showcasing their ability to adapt and learn quickly.
- Strong background and interest in Finance, especially Corporate Finance and M&A.
- Experience with B2B contract management and invoicing processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and capable of efficiently executing tasks.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Business fluency in English.
